5) AI processing, quality review, and training
To provide AI features, we send relevant inputs (such as chat text, prompts, and selected media) to AI infrastructure providers that act as our service providers.
- We process this data to generate responses, images, and other requested outputs.
- We may review flagged content using automated systems and limited human review for safety and quality.
- We do not use your private chats, uploaded reference photos, or voice recordings to train third-party foundation models without your explicit consent.
- We may use aggregated and de-identified usage data to improve reliability, abuse detection, and service performance.

- Account and profile records: while your account is active, and for a limited period after closure for account restoration, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Chat history and memory artifacts: until you delete them, delete your companion/account, or request deletion, subject to backup and legal-retention limits.
- Uploaded reference media and generated images: while needed to provide product features and continuity, and until deletion requests are processed.
- Billing and transaction records: retained as required by tax, accounting, and payment-dispute obligations.
- Support tickets, moderation records, and audit logs: retained while needed for support operations, security, and legal defense.
- Backups: data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited rolling window before deletion cycles complete.
Where possible, we delete or de-identify data when retention is no longer necessary.
10) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Companions may proactively message you when related features are enabled. You can manage or disable proactive messaging behavior in settings.
Notification previews and lock-screen visibility depend on your device and app-notification settings.
13) Image and voice feature disclosures
- Image generation features may process uploaded reference photos and prompts to create generated media.
- Voice features may process audio and transcripts to provide real-time or asynchronous responses.
- Do not upload or share media you do not have rights to use.
- You can request deletion of related media and account data through support channels.
14) Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
15) Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and local storage for essential functionality, preferences, and measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect the Service.
